Mission
CAEFE is the center of an ecosystem of training resources, exchanges and support that accompanies clients from cultural communities, in a personalized process of professional integration within Quebec society.
We provide orientation advice to employees and employers and affordable placement services that facilitate the orientation and integration of the diverse community into their profession. The CAEFE is also a place for sharing experiences, best practices, skills and networking aimed at countering isolation among immigrants. Through its network of volunteers, the organization carries out economic and social actions that promote the integration of the community from ethnocultural diversity into the various spheres of the Quebec job market thanks to its numerous partnerships with major players who value inclusion and integration within their network.
