Salon des Opportunités

Launched by the CAEFE, the Opportunities Fair is the only annual meeting on the market whose mission is to promote the professional and economic inclusion of immigrants and ethnocultural communities by meeting the needs of Quebec’s economic fabric. The goal is to organize the network between Quebec companies looking for collaborators and qualified job seekers, equip immigrant professionals to support their career development and ultimately support the entrepreneurial potential of ethnocultural communities in Quebec.

Connected workshops

This virtual meeting format offers an online exchange between an employer wishing to demonstrate a little-known aspect of his company and candidates interested in getting in touch with this employer. During this session, which lasts one to two hours, the employer presents his company in general and then offers personalized support to the individuals present grouped in virtual rooms. We also offer a complete and very accessible range of support to researchers. (employability, career management, mental health). CAEFE has therefore been able to put its customers at the heart of its actions in order to develop lasting and inclusive business relationships.

Connected RendezVous

This virtual meeting format offers a topic, a workshop or a one-time event that aims to provide information, tools or skills that are unknown to job seekers. During this event, a theme is presented by a professional and questions can be asked by the participants at the end of the session to clarify their understanding of the theme presented.

Connected interviews

This virtual meeting format offers accelerated recruitment between a Quebec company looking for personnel from a diverse background and qualified job seekers selected beforehand according to the criteria established by our partner. Potential candidates are invited to join private virtual rooms for a 15-minute face-to-face interview with a recruiter.
